OUR TRAINING
METHODOLOGY
PASS • CONTROL • REPEAT
GOAL STATION is developed based on the deliberate practice training methodology. All drills in GOAL STATION are carefully designed to improve those specific skills that the players need during a football match.
3/4 of actions a football player has during a match include three basic skills;
1) FIRST TOUCH
2) FIRST PASS
3) SHORT PASS
Therefore, the drills included in GOAL STATION focus on practicing exactly these three skills - to improve the skills that the players need and use most.
And this is the core idea behind GOAL STATION - to able to isolate and intensively focus on training exactly what the players need on the pitch, with as many repetitions as possible to maximize the training output.
This is why GOAL STATION is built upon the mantra
FIRST TOUCH • FIRST PASS • SHORT PASS

MAXIMIZE
YOUR TRAINING
Our data shows a tremendous difference between regular training throughout the world as it is done today and GOAL STATION Training.
The number of repetitions and game-like scenarios give players an average of over 800 actions.
In a regular training session, each player typically has between 150-250 football actions depending on the intensity. In a GOAL STATION training, each player typically has between 800-1,100 actions.
This means that GOAL STATION training sessions potentially 5-doubles the number of actions during a training session.
